WITH year-round LIVE spring
(no public utilities would be needed)
FOR ecological "sustainable living" research.

OK if too rugged for traditional home
or other "normal" building
--- IF price is right

IF electricity IS available,
a good well MIGHT do for water,
but a year-round-spring
would be MUCH more valuable.

Ideally partly-to-mostly wooded on the North
with a prominent Southerly slope
above a small area of natural clearing.
